Your Guide: How Bazaar! Your Guide to Getting a Jump Start on Your Local Holiday Shopping
This is one of just a few choice weekends for many local churches and organizations to hold their annual holiday bazaars. Here's a list to help plan your day and be sure not to miss any. Happy local shopping!
Coventry Crossroads: On Saturday, Nov. 23, Coventry Crossroads Apartments, located at 214 Tiogue Avenue in Coventry, will host its 1st Annual Holiday Bake & Craft Sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tabernacle Baptist: From 3-6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22 and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, the Tabernacle Baptist Church, located at 182 Seven Mile Road in Hope will hold its annual Christmas Bazaar. The event will feature many crafters, a bake sale and cookie walk. Kitchen open Saturday only.
Christ the King: From 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Christ the King Church, located at 124 Legris Avenue (Rte. 117) in West Warwick, will hold its 35th Annual Holiday Bazaar. There will be raffles, Grandma's Attic, crafts, jewelry, baked goods, candy, etc. Guests may also dine at the Cafe and get pictures taken with Santa!

St. Anthony: St. Anthony Church, located at 1 Sunset Avenue in West Warwick, will host a Christmas Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23 and again on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Richmond Grange: Saturday, Nov. 23, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Richmond Grange, located at 690 Usquepaugh Road (Rte. 138) in West Kingston will hold its annual Holiday Bazaar. Featured will be local crafters, baked goods, White Elephant Table and more. Kitchen will be open for lunch. Proceeds will benefit the Grange's Adopt-A-Family for the Holiday project.

Moosup Valley: From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, the Moosup Valley Fire & Rescue, located at 55 Moosup Valley Road in Foster, will hold its 9th Annual Craft Fair. The event will feature more than 25 crafters and local businesses who will be selling their wares, as well as holiday crafts, jewelry, gifts in a jar, a visit from a local author and more.
Oak Lawn Baptist: On Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 12-4 p.m. Sunday, the Oak Lawn Community Baptist Church, located at 229 Wilbur Avenue in Cranston, will hold its Holiday Craft Fair and Luncheon. (Fireside luncheon available Saturday only from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
