Superior Court Notice: CCFD Filed Motions Hearing
Motions will be heard Tuesday regarding a firefighters' severance agreement request, ladder truck return and tax sale authorization.
At 9:30 a.m. on July 9, a Providence County Superior Court hearing will be held by Judge Brian Stern to discuss several motions received by the court regarding the Central Coventry Fire District, including a firefighters' severance agreement enforcement request, a petition to authorize tax sales, and Special Master Rick Land's request for authorization to return the district's ladder truck.
The hearing will be held in Courtroom 11 of Providence County Superior Court, located at 250 Benefit Street in Providence.
