Gail Holland, Neighbor

I am currently a Coventry resident and have been most of my life. When I graduated from Coventry High School in 1977 my biggest goal was to purchase a home so I could start a family. I purchased my first home at the age of 24. In 2004 I obtained my real estate sales license so I could help people obtain the 'american dream' too. Since then I have specialized in residential sales and land development focusing on Coventry and the Kent County area.

Besides being a REALTOR®, with great pleasure I have been able to take my desire to help folks even further by providing grant funds to low/moderate income families to repair health/safety issues within their homes here in Coventry. I feel both of my careers are very rewarding.
