The big reveal!
Working with what you have on hand is easier than you think. We start with a base like macaroni or pasta and add the veggies, herbs and cheese that we have on hand. This time of year, you might even have fresh veggies and herbs in your garden. Remember: creativity is key! Enjoy!

The big reveal.
Obviously, this recipe won't look much different before and after you let it chill. What you'll really notice, however, is the difference in taste. If you tasted some before chilling, you will notice that the flavors are much stronger and mingled after the dish is chilled. We made this pasta salad once for dinner and didn't let it chill, but we both ate some leftovers for lunch the following day and noticed that the salad tasted much better the next day. Give it at least a couple of hours in the fridge. You can pair this pasta salad with fish, chicken, burgers, hot-dogs-- basically any meal that might require a side dish. This can also be a main dish as it's very filling by itself if you eat a larger serving. Enjoy!

A great healthy salad to bring to a bridal shower, a picnic, or to set on the dinner table.
Despite the recent snow, spring is definitely around the corner. And with spring comes bridal showers, baby showers, family picnics, and the like. This is also the time of year when some sports start up, which might leave you with less time in the evenings to cook. An easy Greek pasta salad like the one in this week's recipe is perfect for parties, picnics, and weeknight dinners. Grab these ingredients to start: After you've grabbed your ingredients, meet us back here tomorrow at 10 a.m. for the preparation!
