State Police Detective Bureau On Nov. 7, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Marc D. Theroux, 48, having a last known address of 109 Johnson Blvd., Coventry, with being a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New Hampshire. Theroux was wanted by the Grafton County Superior Court for Failure to Pay Fines on an original charge of Identity Fraud. Theroux appeared before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. He was remanded to the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await New Hampshire authorities. On Nov. 9, 2012, at 10:30 a.m., Detectives charged inmate Bryan J.
