UPDATE: Coventry Downgrades Shelter to Warming Station
The warming station will be closed at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The Town of Coventry Emergency Management Staff (EMA) in cooperation with all Emergency Response Agencies, the Department of Public Works and Human Services Agencies of the Town of Coventry are maintaining services during the aftermath of Winter Storm Nemo. NOTICE: The Town of Coventry SHELTER at the Coventry Senior Center located at 50 Wood St., has been downgraded to a WARMING STATION. We ask that those responding bring blankets and pillows. The warming station will not allow pets. Those interested in utilizing the station may call the Senior Center at 822-9180 or the Coventry Police Department at 826-1100.
