The following is based on reports of the Coventry Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
The Coventry Police Department reported the following arrests: Michele Lynn Stacey, 39, of 41 Colvintown Road, Coventry, was charged with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended licencse, refusal to submit to a chemical test and laned roadwaty violation on Sept. 5. Vincent M. Ferrara, 23, of 58 Larkin Ave., Warwick, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct on Sept. 6. Sherry McGonicle, 55 Acres of Pne Road, Coventry, was charged with driving while under the influence, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Vincent Ferrara, 23, of 58 Larkin ave, Warwick, was charged wth disorderly conduct. Jose Afif, 29, of 20 Wakefield St., West Warwick, was charged with driving on a suspended license. …

The two-car accident occurred on Station Street at about 7:30 Sunday night.
Update: Mar. 5 2:13 p.m. According to reports, Moore's family said that he was complaining of chest pains shortly before the accident and was attempting to drive himself to get help when the crash occurred. Update: Mar. 5 - 9:40 a.m. Police have identified the 41-year-old driver that died at the scene as Randy Moore of 291 Station Street. The 55-year-old victim at Rhode Island Hospital has been identified as Stephen Volpe, 55, of 15 Remington Farm Drive. A release from Coventry Police states as follows: On March 4 at 7:21 p.m., Coventry Police responded to the area of Station Street and Fairway Drive to investigate a motor vehicle accident, involving two vehicles. Im just wondering if any of these people on this list have a child and are ordered to pay child support. Because if they had problems paying their child support and most likely had their licenses suspended. That would mean they couldnt drive to work to make the money to pay the child support. So they would take the chance on driving on a suspended license to get to work to pay the child support. …   more ›
