  Hope Valley Barracks At 12:23 a.m. on Dec. 21, troopers arrested Reinaldo Torres, 27, of 1 Bielers Ln., Coventry, for Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on Driving without a license originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. Arrest was the result of troopers responding to his residence after a barracks investigation. Torres was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third District Court. At 11:56 a.m. on Dec. 22, Troopers arrested Adrian Hebert, 30, of 11 Mashie Rd., Coventry, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment for Receiving Stolen Goods under $1,500.00 originating out of the …

A collection of various Coventry-related arrests and Grand Jury reports. The following information does not indicate a conviction.

  Detective Bureau On Dec. 10, 2012,  members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Christopher James, 19, of 336 Hill St., Coventry, for Escape from Home Confinement. James was processed and turned over to officials at the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Service Center. Hope Valley Barracks At 7:15 p.m. on Dec. 12, Troopers arrested Raymond L. Greene, 20, of 6 Shoppers Park, Coventry, on a Hope Valley Barracks Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Crank or Obscene Phone Calls. The arrest was the result of a recent Barracks investigation. Greene was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution after failing to post the required surety bail.  At 3:07 p.m. on Dec. 16, …

  Hope Valley Barracks At 4:56 p.m. on Nov. 16, Troopers arrested Raymond Greene, 19, of 6 Coventry Shoppers Plaza, Coventry, for 1). Two Counts of Crank or Obscene Phone Calls, 2). Simple Assault or Battery, and 3). Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Greene was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment where he will presented as a 46G Bail Violator by the Attorney General's Office.  At 12:00 p.m. on Nov. 19, a trooper arrested Louis Pfanstiehl, 22, of 86 Old Flat River Rd., Coventry, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant on an original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Coventry Police Department.   State Police Detective Bureau On Nov. 7, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Marc D. Theroux, 48, having a last known address of 109 Johnson Blvd., Coventry, with being a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New Hampshire. Theroux was wanted by the Grafton County Superior Court for Failure to Pay Fines on an original charge of Identity Fraud. Theroux appeared before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. He was remanded to the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await New Hampshire authorities. On Nov. 9, 2012, at 10:30 a.m., Detectives charged inmate Bryan J.   Hope Valley Barracks  At 1:35 a.m. on Oct. 28, troopers arrested Leeann T. Charpentier, 43, of 68 Boston St., Coventry, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Arnold Road in the Town of Coventry. Charpentier was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she consented to the Breathalyzer Test. The results were as follows: Phase I: 0.89 and Phase II: 0.87. Charpentier was processed at the barracks, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Scott, and released.   Lincoln Woods Barracks At 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 6, Troopers arrested Mathew Mowry, 21, of 26 Pond View Dr., Coventry, for Possession of Marijuana. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue at Goddard Street in the City of Providence. At 2:20 a.m. on Oct. 6, Troopers arrested Ryan Maynard, 22, of 46 Wisteria Dr., Coventry, for 1.) Duty to Stop in Accidents Resulting in Personal Injury, 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs – 1st Offense, 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95 South at Thurbers Ave. in the City of Providence.   Hope Valley Barracks At 1:27 a.m. on May 20, troopers arrested Bryan Gartner, 41, of 83 East Shore Rd., Coventry, for a Fourth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Pay Fines on the original charge of Driving Without a License out of the Richmond Police Department. The arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation out of the Hope Valley Barracks. Gartner was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution. At 1:55 a.m. on May 23, troopers arrested Elisha A.   Wickford Barracks On Apr. 21 at 10:28 p.m., troopers arrested Faye Ann Reels, 37, of 70 South Main St., Coventry, for 1.) Possession of Marijuana; and 2.) Driving in Possession of Controlled Substances. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in Warwick. Reels was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned, and released on personal recognizance pending a future Third Division District Court date.
