Stop & Shop is located across the street from Anthony's Liquors and Cafe Gianna. The full-service supermarket features a pharmacy, deli and florist in addition to grocery items and housewares. Stop & Shop is always open late during the week for those last minute items every shopper needs -- including a Redbox kiosk offering $1 movie rentals. There is a large parking lot in front and plenty of handicapped parking spaces available.

The selection is becoming worse. I have a family member whose has type 2 diabetes and shopping for the smallest can fruit to pack in their lunch is proverbially like finding the needle in the haystack. Confronting a stock-man about the problem, it was claimed that they will be 'remodeling' soon. In the past, the selection has been better. As of late though it is not impressive.
Another problem is apathetic baggers who do not know how to effectively bag merchandise (this criticism those not apply to the minority who do). Many of times baggers will pack glass items next to each without any merchandise between to pad the glass. On a separate occasion, a bagger incorrectly packed a small container of soup, resulting in the soup making a mess in the packed bag.
