It's unfortunate that people put out reviews when they have NO idea about the type of person they are describing. I truly doubt "honest person" knows much about Bill, owner of JCB excavation. As far as running the town of Coventry, that is so far from the truth "honest person". Bill has had more than his share of unfairness from the town. And he has had to deal with this while maintaining his business. But you wouldn't know that.
I have known him for years and I am aware of many satisfied customers. There are many people in the area who say what a great guy Bill is because they have worked with him or been customers of his.
Bill's business has survived the downturn of this economy because of his reputation and integrity! He and his family have been in business for years in the town of Coventry.
He is smart and gives you his educated opinion about what is needed for the job. He has many years of experience.
In my opinion, "honest person" your review rings personal disagreement sprinkled with nastiness and untruths.
