THE POOR POOR CCFD and BOARD of VOLUNTEERS. I'll start by pointing out these are NOT TRUE VOLUNTEERS, they are paid Board members that deferred payment of THEIR STIPEND. All they have to do is ASK for the payment from the judge. WAIT!! I got one better there is NO BUDGET just a bunch of money in an account!! For the board to recommend to the court and Special Master on how to spend, MAYBE JUST MAYBE they are going to ask for a BIG RAISE on April 1st, 2015 ( How many days away is that I don't have enough fingers and toes). If they SAVE so much money with their NEW PARADIGM, its only fair in the TIRE SALES BUSINESS to get your COMMISSION or INCENTIVE MONEY when you save your company $$$ or make them $$$. LETS LOOK AT THIS INCENTIVE NICK GORHAM of GORHAM and GORHAM volunteered for the TASK-FORCE and then, WHAM, BAM, THANK YOU MAM (MS. MORGAN), D' Agistino WHO IS A PARTNER of GORHAM and GORHAM gets a job as CCFD LAWYER W/OUT BID PROCESS these are some Incentives to volunteering in the coporate world.
SO, Whats in it for the CCFD BOARD of DIRECTORS?
Lets look at normal volunteer positions in the community, all of those little league coaches, soccer coaches and football coaches, they all volunteer their time (and Thank you) knowing they will have PARENTS MAD at them over playing time of their children, or that they are not running the team the way someone else who did not volunteer their time would. BUT the ONLY DIFFERENCE is they do not usually have the OPTION to be paid and turned it down, AND they knew what they were getting into when they signed up to volunteer. I don't ever here THESE GREAT PEOPLE of OUR COMMUNITY, saying well we aren't being paid so I don't need to consider your views. CCFD Board of Directors STOP DISGRACING Volunteerism, if you don't want to volunteer anymore JUST ASK FOR YOUR MONEY! STOP USING THE POOR ME, WE VOLUNTEER for sympathy when really ALL YOU HAVE DONE IS DEFER (YOUR) PAYMENT!!!
