Everyone at one time in their professional career have shot themselves in the foot. Often times we say or do things that limit our chances at gaining employment or maintaining employment. This blog is being created to assist the Coventry community with gaining simple techniques that will assist with winning over the employers in an interview and landing a job. I have developed a technique that has been successful. The Program is called SPRINT.

 SPRINT is a instant jump start in preparing for your job search. Utilizing SPRINT will help create an effective job search that is tailored to you. A job search is not just looking for a job and applying. It's about putting forth an effort to create a selling pitch that will make you stand out from the rest of the field. If you start preparing for each job with a 30 second pitch, it will help you create a unique and individualistic "tell me about you statement" that will impress the hiring manager.

 Being able to sell yourself in a 30 second pitch will help to impress the interviewer, by coordinating your skills with the skills that the job description is looking for in the perfect candidate.
