Job Search

To many times the job search process is not as easy or "common-sensicle" as people may believe. Having been in the business of assisting people find employment for over five years now; you would be surprised at how many people DO NOT know what to do or how to go about finding a job. The job market has changed and for some it has changed drastically since they last went on an interview.

The information that is necessary is all embedded in each and everyone of us. It just takes a reminder or refresher to realize that we all have the skills and abilities to become employed in the field of our choice. The following are simple prompts and reminders that can successfully help you land a job.

Job seekers need to use all resources that are available to them to find that perfect job match. Networking is a key component to any job search. It can provide leads that are never made available to the public. Worst case scenario is you can gather important information to assist you with your interview.

Tell me about yourself , a 30 second pitch to make an employer interested in asking another question. Can you sell your skills and abilities in 30 seconds and add why those skills are a great match to a specific job? Your answer needs to be unique and attention grabbing.

Employment options through personal motivation and an understanding of your transferable skills that make you a unique candidate. Real skills and real critiques that make you stand out from the rest. Create a unique individualistic résumé that highlights your skills. When answering any question in an interview, Do Not be transparent with your answers. Answer the question honestly and truthfully with conviction.

All to often people answer questions the way they think the employer wants. Employers can see through those answers. Answer from the heart and with the knowledge that you possess. It makes for an unique and quality answer that highlight your skills and work history that tells your personal work history in a way that makes you stand out from everyone else.
