Lady Falcons Defeat EWG 4-0

The Girls' Soccer team brought their record to 4 and 0 on Thursday.

The Feinstein Middle School Lady Falcons defeated Exeter-West Greenwich 4-0 improving their record to 4 and 0 on Thursday afternoon.

The offense was led by Hannah McGurik who scored a goal early in the game when Maddy Dacey, who played her best game of the season, dribbled down the field and passed to Amanda Guindon who assisted in the first goal of the game.

Guindon scored the second goal of the game on a long ball from Lynn Geyer on the defensive line. McGuirk and Samantha Meyers added 2 more goals in the first half to put the game out of reach for EWG. Also playing well for the Falcons were Carly Furtado, Kendyl Ward, Victoria Jacques, Katie Lavigne and Sydney Poole.

The girls will play and away game at Cole Junior High School (100 Cedar Avenue, East Greenwich) next Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
