Agreed.^ This head master bitch is ridiculous. She's now made a joke of the entire school. There will be no way for anyone to remember her except for, "Oh, the bitch who stopped that kid from going to prom?"

Exactly. What about the kid who was suspended on March 31st for smoking weed, or the kid who got suspended on March 31st for pulling out a knife? Do they all get to go to prom?

This woman has no understanding of what it's like to be a teen. THIS is why kids do not expect authority figures. This whole thing was blown out of proportion because of the "doctor" here and frankly, it's ridiculous. Let the kid go to prom, since the bitch is a laughing stock either way.

Hey All! There is a headline on AOL that James WILL BE ALLOWED to go to prom! This is breaking news but no details were given, just the headline on AOL. Hopefully its true. Someone or many must have put a lot of pressure on Beth Smith because the decision has been reversed. WAY TO GO PEOPLE! The peoples' voice had been heard! That is what is great about being in America~ what a great country ! Have fun at your prom James! This can be a blessing in disguise for James.... he may go into politics or law or may even become a principal :)

Gerick: This is by far the BEST response I have read in any comment section on any site on the internet. This young man does have character and he has guts and he has heart. He should write a book and I am willing to bet that this incident, handled correctly by him, will make him an outstanding person that we will be proud to know about.
