At Tuesday's meeting, a proclamation was read and signed into record by School Committee members recognizing the efforts of support staff employees and acknowledging the week of appreciation.

"The SRP unit here in the district works very hard on the upkeep of our buildings and the employees go above and beyond to support the administration in the system," said Almeida. "We could not possibly do what we do on a daily basis without them."
