RI Career & Tech Students Attend Leadership Training Institute
Local career and technical students and educators attend the SkillsUSA's Washington Leadership Training Institute on Capitol Hill recently.
A delegation of Career and Technical Education (CTE) students and instructors from Rhode Island met with Congressman Langevin and Senators Reed and Whitehouse on September 18.
Included in the group were Coventry Career and Technical Center teacher Lynn Swain student Alex St. Pierre.

Congressional visits are a regular part of SkillsUSA’s Washington Leadership Training Institute (WLTI). The delegation also paid respects at the Tomb of the Unknowns and the Pentagon 9-11 Memorial.
