CPL Book Discussion: The Coventry Public Library will host its monthly Book Discussion Group today at 1 p.m. in Town Council Chambers. This month's selection for discussion is Heading out to Wonderful by Robert Goolrick.

Community Blood Drives: Be a hero and donate blood! Rhode Island Blood Center Bloodmobiles will be at Walmart (650 Centre of New England Blvd.) from 3-6 p.m. and at Hopkins Hill Fire Station (1 Bestwick Trl.) from 3:30-6:30 p.m.

Adopt-A-Family: Would you like to make someone's holiday a little brighter? 'Tis the Season assists Coventry and West Greenwich families who need a little help. You, your family, business or organization might consider the "Adopt A Family" program. Call 822-9175 for more information.

Hopkins Hill Seeks Performers: The Hopkins Hill School PTA is planning an entertainment segment of the school's Holiday Happenings on Dec. 1 from 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. PTA members are looking for local youth groups to perform (singing, dancing, martial art, etc.) for 20-30 minute blocks.
