Superior Court Notice: CCFD Ladder Truck Return Hearing
A petition will be heard Tuesday regarding the proposed return of the Central Coventry Fire District's 2009 ladder truck.
At 9:30 a.m. on July 30, a Providence County Superior Court hearing will be held by Judge Brian Stern to discuss a petition received by the court from CCFD Special Master Rick Land requesting authorization to return the district's ladder truck.
The hearing will be held in Courtroom 11 of Providence County Superior Court, located at 250 Benefit Street in Providence.
