State Police Reports and Legal Logs - November 2012 #2

State Police Detective Bureau

On Nov. 7, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Marc D. Theroux, 48, having a last known address of 109 Johnson Blvd., Coventry, with being a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New Hampshire. Theroux was wanted by the Grafton County Superior Court for Failure to Pay Fines on an original charge of Identity Fraud. Theroux appeared before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. He was remanded to the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await New Hampshire authorities.

On Nov. 9, 2012, at 10:30 a.m., Detectives charged inmate Bryan J. Bainter, 22, of 698 Washington St., Coventry, with violation of a no contact order. Inmate Bainter was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan of the Third Division District Court where a not guilty plea was entered. Judge Houlihan set bail at $1,000 personal recognizance and scheduled a pre-trial date of Nov. 15, 2012. Inmate Bainter was also presented as a District Court probation violator and subsequently remanded to the Adult Correctional Institution to continue serving a controlling sentence of breaking and entering. Arrest the result of an investigation by the ACI Investigations Unit.

At 10:55 p.m. on Oct. 8, Troopers arrested Trevor Flint, 25, of 99 Nicholas Rd., Coventry, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on an original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of the West Greenwich Police Department. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and troopers responding to Flint's residence. Flint was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.

On Oct. 9 at 1:05 a.m., Troopers arrested Daniel Fogg, 28, of 2 Park St., Coventry, for 1) Driving Under the Influence 1st Offense – B.A.C. Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street in the Town of Coventry. Fogg was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending a morning arraignment at Third District Court in the City of Warwick.

At 11:36 p.m. on Oct. 9, Troopers arrested Bethani Chiello, 22, of 300 Woodland Dr., Apt. #309, Coventry, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on an original charge of Simple Assault/Domestic originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street in the Town of West Warwick. Chiello was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned, and released.

On Nov. 11, at 10:18 p.m., Troopers arrested Matthew M. Beauliue, 30, of 22 Valrene St., Coventry, for Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of Exeter. Beauliue was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and arraigned before a Justice of the Peace before being released to the custody of a friend.
