State Police Reports and Legal Logs for Apr. 18-May 6

A collection of various Coventry-related arrests and Grand Jury reports. The following information does not indicate a conviction.

 

Wickford Barracks

On Apr. 21 at 10:28 p.m., troopers arrested Faye Ann Reels, 37, of 70 South Main St., Coventry, for 1.) Possession of Marijuana; and 2.) Driving in Possession of Controlled Substances. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in Warwick. Reels was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned, and released on personal recognizance pending a future Third Division District Court date.

Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Apr. 26 at At 12:31 a.m., troopers arrested Richard Marold, 23, of 6 Lorraine Ave., Coventry, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – 3rd Offense, B.A.C. Unknown, 2.) Chemical Test Refusal and 3.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwell's Ave. in Providence. Marold was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment at Sixth District Court.

Hope Valley Barracks

On May 6 at 4:45 p.m., a trooper arrested Kathleen Ferreira, 48, of 14 Meredith Dr., Coventry, for 1.) Obstruction and 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Operating on a Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington St. in Coventry. Ferreira was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, appeared before a bail commissioner, and later transported to the Women's Intake Center.
