Hope Valley Barracks

At 12:23 a.m. on Dec. 21, troopers arrested Reinaldo Torres, 27, of 1 Bielers Ln., Coventry, for Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on Driving without a license originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. Arrest was the result of troopers responding to his residence after a barracks investigation. Torres was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third District Court.

At 11:56 a.m. on Dec. 22, Troopers arrested Adrian Hebert, 30, of 11 Mashie Rd., Coventry, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment for Receiving Stolen Goods under $1,500.00 originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation that led to Hebert turning himself into the Barracks to take care of his outstanding warrant. Hebert was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with his pending court dates.

At 1:20 p.m. on Dec. 22, Troopers arrested Adam J. Hanrahan, 27, of 6 Acadia Ct., Coventry, for Violation of a No Contact-Domestic-5th Offense and Possession of Schedule I-V(Clonazepam). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of East Greenwich. Hanrahan was presented as a 46G Bail Violator by the Attorney General's Office, made his initial appearance before a bail commissioner, was held without bail, and transported to the ACI's Intake Center.

At 11:48 p.m. on Dec. 22, Troopers arrested Louis Pfanstiehl, 23, of 86 Flat River Rd., Coventry, for Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for Domestic Disorderly Conduct originating from the Coventry Police Department. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Troopers responding to the residence. Pfanstiehl was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
