State Police Log: Failure to Appear, Driving Without License and Fraudulent Checks

A collection of various Coventry-related arrests made by RI State Police. The following information does not indicate a conviction.

Wickford Barracks

  • On Dec. 30 at 12:52 p.m., Troopers arrested Stephanie L. Henriksen, 30, of 177 Arnold Rd., Coventry, on 1.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on the charge of Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the West Warwick Police Department and a 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Violation of a No Contact Order originating out of the East Providence Police Department. 

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 95, in Warwick. Henriksen was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court.

  • On Jan. 9 at 10:48 a.m., Troopers arrested Andres Tamares, 22, of 18 Edith St., Coventry, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay Fines on an original charge of Driving without a License originating out of the Cranston Police Department. 

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in Coventry. Tamares was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court.

  • At 4:45 p.m. on Jan. 9, Troopers arrested David Bennett, 39, of 464 Fairview Ave., Coventry, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of the Warwick Police Department. 

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Brookside Avenue in the Town of West Warwick. Bennett was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.

  • On Jan. 13 at 10:55 p.m., Troopers arrested Rochannda Britto, 40, of 26 Edith St., Coventry, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on an original charge of Fraudulent Checks Under $1,000 out of the Coventry Police Department. 

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Edith Street Coventry. Britto was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Female Intake.
