State Police Log: Failure to Appear and Leaving the Scene of an Accident
A collection of various Coventry-related arrests made by RI State Police. The following information does not indicate a conviction.
Wickford Barracks
- On Sept. 8, at 7:36 p.m., Troopers arrested Kendra Pierce, 22, of 1710 Flat River Rd., Coventry, RI, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the original charge of Operating on a Suspended License from Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Ave., in the City of Warwick. Pierce was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and was later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Intake Center.
Scituate Barracks

- At 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 16, Troopers arrested Roger Estrella, 53, of 11 Trafford Park Dr., Coventry, RI, for 1) Leaving the scene of an accident with an attended vehicle and 2) Driving with a suspended license.
Estrella was processed and transported to Third Division District Court for an arraignment.
