Being completely objective here and based on my personal experience with the school department records, Donna McDonald always had the meeting minutes ready and available within DAYS of the meeting whenever I needed them. And not only through her office, but also on the website the times I checked. 2010-2014, I never had an issue obtaining them.

We have an Attorney General? When did this happen? I don't believe it.
