Coventry Police Department Extends Officer Application Deadline

The deadline has been extended until Nov. 9 due to the Hurricane Sandy and the closing of the Town Hall.

 

Major Richard B. Schmitter of the Coventry Police Department has announced that the deadline for accepting Police Officer applications has been extended until Nov. 9, 2012 at 4:30 p.m.

The original deadline was Oct. 31, 2012, but because of town office closings caused by Hurricane Sandy, the department has issued another nine days for applicants to prepare and submit the proper documents.

All applications must be completed and submitted to the Personnel Office with all required documents and a $20.00 testing fee by 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 9.
