The whole idea behind the site of longer exists. There is no longer a local presence or anyone that actually seems to care. I used to frequent multiple times a day... Now I can catch up in about 2 minutes once a week. I am thinking about starting a new local site. This was a great idea that unfortunately is pretty much useless now. If it's not broke don't fix it!

Although I believe this specific column is for the Gladys Kravitz crew, I agree with the comments that this site is now broken. So I'm not sure it's *because Lauren left or Lauren left *knowing it was turning to crap. I believe a lot of hippies are running this show now and they're easily butt hurt over what used to be amusing banter between people here.

Wow HIPPIES there's a blast from the past, shows how far our culture has taken us. Yup hippies are running AOL and trying to buy up all the media venues. Guy's like Mark Zuckerburg ,those hippies will take over.
