Coventry Man Arrested Following Week-Long 'Stay' at JLo's Home

Workers at J.Lo's Southhampton home discovered an uninvited guest while the entertainer was away.

According to reports from Southhampton Patch, a Coventry man whom authorities said is stalking singer-actress Jennifer Lopez was arrested at her Water Mill house in Southhampton, NY earlier this month.

Southampton police said 49-year-old John Dubis, a former East Greenwich firefighter, had been living for a week in the pool house on Lopez's property in the Hamptons while she was away and went undetected until a staff member noticed a suspicious male and called the police. Huffington Post reports he slept on a couch and parked his car out front in plain sight of her security, according to sources.

Authorities noted that Lopez already had an order of protection against Dubis for allegedly contacting her mother earlier this year.
