Coventry Court Log: Feb. 19

The following Coventry Police cases were heard in Third Division District Court on Feb. 19:

Ronald Morin, 40, of 685 Washington St., Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic assault, domestic malicious damage and domestic disorderly conduct. He was released on $5,000 surety bail until March 19. A no-contact order was issued.

Allen J. Morris, 43, 111 Windsor Park Drive, Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic disorderly conduct, domestic assault and domestic failure to relinquish a telephone. He was released on $1,000 surety bail until March 5. A no-contact order was issued.

Sherry L. Price, 46, 37 Alton St., Providence, pleaded innocent to domestic malicious damage and domestic disorderly conduct. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance until March 19. A no-contact order was issued.

Darius T. Ramey, 23, 159 Laban St., Providence, pleaded innocent to conspiracy. He was released on $1,000 surety bail until March 5.

John R. Smith, 33, 63 Berry St., Cranston, pleaded no contest to violating a protective order and domestic malicious damage. He was ordered to serve one year of probation and get counseling. A no-contact order was issued and court costs were dismissed.

Mary I. Townsend, 49, 6 Airport Road, Coventry, pleaded innocent to driving under the influence. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until March 5.

Alexander J. Anthony, 22, 306 Town Farm Road, Coventry, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and refusing a chemcial test. He was fine $500, his license was suspended for one year, he was ordered to complete 60 hours of community service and get alcohol treatment. 

Derek T. Blair, 24, 75 Andrews Ave., West Warwick, pleaded no contest to domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct. The charge was dismissed and he was sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to obtain domestic violence counseling.

Michael Blais, 45, 234 Alton Bradford Road, Hopkinton, pleaded no contest to refusing a chemical test and driving under the influence. He was fined $200, his license was suspended for seven months, he was ordered to complete 10 hours of community service and obtain alcohol treatment.

Kusa D, Vibutatum 37, 18 Kingswood Drive, Coventry, pleaded no contest to breaking and entering and receiving stolen goods. She was sentenced to five years at the Adult Correctional Institutions, nine months to serve. She was also sentenced to probation.

Alexandria L. Bruneau, 25, 264 Nipmuc Road, Foster, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test. She was fined $200, her license was suspended for six months and she was ordered to complete 10 hours of community service.

Eric S. Butler, 52, of 531 South County Trail, Exeter, pleaded no contest to two counts of shoplifting and one count of habitual shoplifting. He was sentenced to five years at the ACI, suspended, and ordered to make restitution and obtain counseling. He was also sentenced to probation.

Kaitlyn E. Chere, 22, 5 Lane 5, Mapleroot, Coventry, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and conspiracy. She was sentenced to six months of probation and ordered to complete 30 hours of community service. 

Jon Daly, 47, 206 Nooseneck Hill Road, Exeter, pleaded no contest to shoplifting. The case was filed for one year and he was ordered to pay $350 to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund.

Joseph C. Gordon, 30, 135 Knotty Oak Road, Coventry, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license. The charge was dismissed.

Nicholas A. Fontaine, 33, 27 Alvero Road, Coventry, pleaded no contest to driving with an expired license. The charge was dismissed.

Nicholas A. Iannitelli, 19, 4 Regalwood Drive, Coventry, pleaded no contest to domestic disorderly conduct. The case was filed for one year and he was ordered to obtain counseling.

Curt A. Johnson, 26, 385 Hill St., Coventry, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test. He was fined $200, his license was suspended for six months, he was ordered to complete 10 hours of community service and attend an alcohol education course.

Brandon P. Levesque, 19, 21 Niblick Circle, Coventry, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and conspiracy. He was sentenced to 1 year of probation and ordered to complete 10 hours of community service.

Lori King, 45, 770 Hill Farm Road, Coventry, pleaded no contest to domestic disorderly conduct, domestic vandalism, resisting arrest and simple assault. She was sentenced to six months of probation and orderedt o obtain domestic violence counseling.  The vandalism and assault charges were dismissed.

Lynne Ann Lepore, 52, 307 Lowell St., Providence, pleaded no contest to drivin under the influence. She was fined $100 and her license was suspended for three months. She was also ordered to complete 10 hours of community service.

Eric J. Poulin, 24, 499 Field Hill Road, Scituate, pleaded no contest to he was sentenced to probation.

Kayla Rebeiro, 23, 21 Manor Drive, Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct. The charges were dismissed.

Derek R. Robberson, 21, 326 Henry Brown Road, West Greenwich, pleaded no contest to marijuana possession and clonazepam possession. He was sentenced to six months of probation.

Robert J. Shaw, 20, 11 Francis St., Coventry, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license. He was fined $250.

Joseph Sherman, 20, 5 Michael Drive, Warwick, pleaded innocent to driving under the influence. The charge was dismissed.

Joseph Sousa, 36, 215 Hill Farm Road, Coventry, pleaded innocent to two counts of domestic assault and one count of domestic disorderly conduct. The charges were dismissed.

Ryan P. Theroux, 32, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test. He was fined $200, his license was suspended for one year and he was ordered to obtain alcohol counseling and complete 10 hours of community service.

Kevin F. Thoth, 26, 19 Linwood Drive, Coventry, pleaded innocent to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The charges were dismissed and he was ordered to pay $250 to Operation Stand Down.

Roger M. Contreras, 19, of 1120 Main St., West Warwick, pleaded innocent to trespassing and disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until March 5.

Jason M. Couture, 35, 44 Hazard St., Coventry, pleaded innocent to driving under the influence. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance until March 5.

Gavin W. Finnerty, 45, 175 Log Bridge Road, Coventry, pleaded innocent to vandalism. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until a Feb. 25 status conference.

Michaek K. Fraatz, 56, 34 Ramble Road, Glocester, pleaded innocent to driving under the influence. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until March 12.

Corey N. Kuzela, 26, 35 Tiogue Ave., West Warwick, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license. His license was reinstated and the charges were dismissed.

Zachary McGuirk, 19, 7 Blue Spruce Drive, Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic assault, domestic disorderly conduct, simple assault and resisting arrest. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until March 5. A no-contact order was issued.
