CCFD Superior Court Hearing Documents: Dec. 16, 2013

A number of motions and petitions will be heard in Kent County Superior Court Monday following several postponements in recent weeks.

At 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec., 16, a hearing will be held by Judge Brian Stern to discuss several motions received by the court from CCFD Special Master Rick Land, Board of Directors and firefighters union.

The hearing will be held in Kent County Superior Court, located at 222 Quaker Ln., Warwick, RI 02886.
