mostly people that had warrants from not paying their fines or court costs. Then comes non-licensed drivers, then DUI. Then just plain ignorant people that have the brain of a gnat that dont know any better. I hope those people that got picked up on warrants realized that its an extra $100 just to get picked up on their warrant. Some things always seem to amaze me. If they didnt have the money to pay their fines in the first place, why would they tack on more fines? It just reminds me of if you cant afford your child support, then they take your drivers license away so that you cant make any money at all. Then expect you to keep paying.

I know right! Can you even believe it? These people will complain about cold ice cream. Once you go from observer or victim to being the offender you lose your right to complain because it makes no sense to the common person to hear.."I keep smashing my hand with this hammer and I want someone to make it stop hurting" it's not my fault I keep doing stupid things. Nobody ever makes a show called "the Worlds Smartest Criminals". hahahaha
