Shannon Lee Dalton, 26, 1125 Main St., arrested on a bench warrant issued from third district court and charged with operation of an unregistered vehicle and improper use of evidence of registration on Mar. 20 at 10:24 p.m.

Nicola Walters, 20, 19 Broad St., West Warwick, charged with simple assault/battery on Mar. 20 at 12:05 p.m.

David W. Brown, 57, 33 Waco Rd., Warwick, arrested on a bench warrant issued from family court on Mar. 21 at 5:10 p.m.

William J. Burns, 36, 35 East St., West Warwick, charged with driving after denial of license on Mar. 21 at 1:50 p.m.

Joshua S. Lambert, 30 Leaf St., West Warwick, charged with driving without a license on Mar. 21 at 1:06 p.m.

David Joseph Smith, 36, 425 Snuff Mill Rd., North Kingstown, charged with driving after denial of license and operating a motor vehicle without evidence of insurance on Mar. 21 at 2:41 a.m.

Robert J. Deniger, 57, 2260 Flat River Rd., charged with reckless driving and driving without a license on Mar. 22 at 6:07 a.m.

Suzanne G. Henault, 54, 48 Wisteria Dr., arrested on a bench warrant issued from third district court and charged with driving after denial of license, operating a motor vehicle when registration is suspended on Mar. 22 at 12:30 p.m.

Joshua S. Lambert, 30 Leaf St., West Warwick, charged with driving with a suspended license on Mar. 22 at 12:06 p.m.

Tyler A. McHale, 22, 8 Wildwood St., charged with DUI first offense and laned roadway violations on Mar. 22 at 2:29 a.m.

Mark A. Sheldon, 35, 53 Old North Rd., charged with DUI first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test on Mar. 22 at 1:21 a.m.

Matthew J. Bertrand, 43, 51 Curson St. West Warwick, charged with DUI second offense abd refusal to submit to a chemical test on Mar. 23 at 1:26 a.m.

Richard William Day, 23, 121 Eagle Dr., Scituate, charged with DUI first offense, possession of marijuana first offense and laned roadway violations on Mar. 23 at 2:17 a.m.

Sasha Kelly Mosier, 26, 550 Victory Hwy., Exeter, charged with DUI first offense on Mar. 23 at 12:02 a.m.

Arlene Marie Breault, 26, 56 Maple Ave., Apt. #C201, West Warwick, charged with shoplifting on Mar. 24 at 3:15 p.m.

William Joseph Corvese, Jr., 23, 41 Ledge Land Rd., Mystic, CT, charged with possession of methylphenidate hydrochloride and shoplifting on Mar. 24 at 3:15 p.m.

Joseph Gincastro, 48, 76 Renee Dr., Pawcatuck, CT, charged with simple assault/battery and disorderly conduct on Mar. 24 at 11:00 p.m.

Michael L. McNally, 30, 1792 New London Tpke., Apt. #A8, West Warwick, charged with DUI first offense, refusal to submit to a chemical test and laned roadway violations on Mar. 24 at 11:56 p.m.
