Kayla L. Jessop, 25, 40 Fiume St., West Warwick, charged with driving after denial of license, operating a motor vehicle when registration is suspended and operating a motor vehicle without evidence of insurance on July 31 at 2:30 a.m.
Joseph J. Lambert, 36, 182 Knotty Oak Rd., arrested on a bench warrant issued from third district court on July 31 at 9:25 a.m.
Louis C. Northup, 22, 910 Curtis Rd., South Kingstown, charged with receiving stolen goods (under $1,500) and obtaining money under false pretenses on July 31 at 5:35 a.m.
