Justin E. Kelly, 29, 53 Mashie Cir., charged with driving after denial of license and operation of an unregistered vehicle on Jan. 24 at 10:14 p.m.

John Madden, 70, 848 Main St., First Floor, West Warwick, charged with driving after denial of license, operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and operating a motor vehicle without proof of registration on Jan. 24 at 5:15 p.m.

Todd M. McKinley, 45, 246 Waterman Ave., North Providence, charged with driving after denial of license on Jan. 24 at 5:08 p.m.

Robert N. Pizzi, 46, 355 Blackrock Rd., charged with possession of cocaine on Jan. 25 at 6:55 a.m.

Samir Banai, 19, 5 Audubon Ln., Hope, charged with possession of marijuana first offense on Jan. 26 at 1:43 p.m.

Joseph A. Tallman, 28, 178 Archambault Ave., West Warwick, charged with fradulent checks under $1,500 on Jan. 26 at 9:31 p.m.

Michael S. Adams, 33, 16 Gerald Ave., charged with domestic vandalism third offense and domestic disorderly conduct on Jan. 27 at 12:56 p.m.

Heidi L. Johnson, 31, 4 Sidney St., West Warwick, charged with shoplifting on Jan. 27 at 6:09 p.m.

Michael M. O'Neill, 28, 797 Ten Rod Rd., Exeter, charged with speeding and arrested on bench warrants issued from third and fourth district courts on Jan. 27 at 9:10 p.m.

Ashley M. Lorson, 22, 32 Taft St., charged with domestic simple assault/battery on Jan. 28 at 1:55 a.m.

Joseph R. Moreau, 21, 2013 New London Tpke., Apt. A, charged with driving after denial of license, speeding and display of plates on Jan. 29 at 8:50 p.m.

Steven A. Murray, 43, 26 Circle Dr., charged with DUI second offense, refusal to submit to a chemical test, display of plates and following too close on Jan. 29 at 2:59 p.m.
