Jeffery Rzemien, 37, 30 Inman Ave., Warwick, charged with fraudulent checks (over $1,000) on April 4 at 10:32 a.m.

Joseph B. Hawkins, 24, 31 Hamburger Rd., charged with DUI second offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test on April 5 at 7:28 p.m.

Holly D. Chase, 22, 125 Colvintown Rd., Apt. #1, arrested on a bench warrant issued from fourth district court on April 6 at 3:25 a.m.

Donald A. Graham, 24, 662 Main St., charged with domestic simple assault/battery and domestic disorderly conduct on April 6 at 3:11 p.m.

Michael T. McLaughlin, 52, 557 Hill Farm Rd., charged with disorderly conduct on April 6 at 10:02 a.m.

Ashley M. DeMarco, 18, 34 West Shore Dr., Rear Apt., charged with larceny (unnder $500) on April 7 at 7:16 p.m.

Rita Pimental, 50, 34 East Main St., Apt. #6, West Warwick, charged with crank or obscene phone calls on April 7 at 12:32 p.m.

Christine L. Riebe, 42, 83 East Shore Dr., charged with driving after denial of license and operation of an unregistered vehicle on April 7 at 5:01 a.m.

Daniel DeCosta, 34, 747 Washington St., Apt. #RD, charged with larceny (over $500) and driving after denial of license on April 8 at 12:50 p.m.

Abraham Glasser, 24, 747 Washington St., Apt. A, charged with larceny (over $500) on April 8 at 12:50 p.m.

Brittney J. Gallagher, 25, 35 Old Carriage Rd., Apt. #92, West Warwick, charged with driving after denial of license on April 9 at 1:10 a.m.

Joseph R. Powers, 31, 87 Vandewater St., Apt. #1, Providence, charged with driving after denial of license on April 9 at 7:30 p.m.

Theresa Aubee, 22, 3 Battey Ave., charged with domestic simple assault/batter, domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct on April 10 at 6:50 p.m.

Edward C. Papineau, 46, 224 Central Pike, Scituate, charged with driving after denial of license on April 10 at 11:12 p.m.

People really need to learn that a suspended license means SUSPENDED. Not "Let's just drive anyways and hope we don't get caught...again." Idiots.

But dont they have to get to work to pay their child support, or should they just say screw the child support? Its just a way for the state to make their money.Most our laws are only there to make the state money. Its not about safety anymore. watch today as to what sen. sheldon whitehouses son gets for DUI. he will most likely get only a three month suspended license and a slap on the wrist, then search what others get for doing the same. Dont be another victim of whoever did wrong, its only there to make the state money.The state lets the media inflate all these stories to how bad they really are, until one of their own gets caught doing the same
