Kathleen M. Duffy, 41, 41 Indian Trl., arrested on a bench warrant issued from third district court on Sept. 4 at 1:49 a.m.
Antonio G. Schiavone, 40, 781 Maple Valley Rd., charged with passing a fraudulent check on Sept. 4 at 10:30 a.m.
Nichole A. Hardisty, 29, 28 Beacon St., Apt.#3, Cranston, charged with driving after denial of license on Sept. 4 at 11:20 a.m.
Jerimiah A. Carr, 32, 8 Whitford St., arrested on a warrant affidavit on Sept. 7 at 6:04 p.m.
Gary Hurst, 28, 910 Cedar Swamp Rd., Warwick, arrested on a warrant affidavit and a warrant issued from third district court on Sept. 6 at 1:15 a.m.
Janice M. Sarracino, 55, 2 Francis St., charged with DUI first offense, refusal to submit to a chemical test and speeding on Sept. 7 at 12:30 p.m.
Steven P. Simpson, 24, 62 Kimberly Ln., West Warwick, charged with DUI first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test on Sept. 7 at 3:06 a.m.
Justin Michael Trainor, 32, 448 Washington St., Rear Apt., charged with domestic vandalism and domestic simple assault/battery on Sept. 7 at 4:15 p.m.
Donald J. Cronin, 48, 11 Knight St., charged with domestic simple assault/battery, domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct on Sept. 8 at 12:45 a.m.
Justin Michael Trainor, 32, 448 Washington St., Rear Apt., charged with violation of a no contact order on Sept. 8 at 9:38 a.m.
Thomas E. Hanlon, 44, 21 Lydia Rd., charged with domestic simple assault/battery on Sept. 9 at 4:24 p.m.
Latrisha J. Plante, 33, 4 Trafford Park Dr., charged with driving after denial of license and operating a motor vehicle when registration is suspended on Sept. 9 at 11:15 a.m.
