Katherine A. Parker, 23, 846 Chopmist Hill Rd., Scituate, charged with shoplifting on Sept. 18 at 5:35 p.m.

Brian A. Authelet, 23, 70 New Rd., Exeter, charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics, driving after denial of license and obstructing an officer in execution of duty. He was arrested on a bench warrant issued from third district court and a warrant affidavit issued from the North Kingstown PD on Sept. 19 at 6:22 p.m.

Eugene M. McQuade, 30, 525 Hill Farm Rd., charged with mistreatment of animals, obstructing an officer in execution of duty and resisting arrest on Sept. 19 at 12:54 p.m.

David J. Pizzi, 34, 34 Deerfield Dr., West Warwick, charged with DUI first offense, refusal to submit to a chemical test and laned roadway violations on Sept. 19 at 8:35 p.m.

Anthony Richard Hodde, 19, 31 Lane C, Ramblewood Estates, arrested on two bench warrants issued from third district court and a bench warrant issued from sixth district court on Sept. 20 at 5:25 a.m.

Kenneth J. Lyons, 33, 75 Briarbrook Dr., North Kingstown, charged with driving after denial of license on Sept. 20 at 10:53 p.m.

Billy S. Taylor, 41, 11 Bettez St., Second Floor, charged with DUI first offense and laned roadway violations on Sept. 20 at 8:51 p.m.

Courtney Berard, 21, 53 Fairgreen Dr., West Warwick, charged with driving after denial of license on Sept. 22 at 2:50 p.m.

Jonathan A. Kunze, 23, 77 Lenox Ct., North Kingstown, arrested on a bench warrant issued from fourth district court on Sept. 22, 11:26 p.m.

Elizabeth Ann Moore, 41, 85 Church St., Sterling, CT, charged with two counts of eluding police first offense, two counts of driving after denial of license, resisting arrest, and was arrested on a bench warrant issued from third district court on Sept. 22 at 10:18 a.m.

Stephen R. Mullen, 52, 102 Hopkins Hill Rd., arrested on a bench warrant issued from third district court on Sept. 22 at 3:47 p.m.
