Kurtis C. Kelling, 21, 2012 New London Tpke., charged with DUI first offense on Sept. 12 at 8:06 p.m.
Sara E. Lucia, 24, 318 Station St., charged with DUI second offense, refusal to submit to a chemical test and laned roadway violations on Sept. 12 at 10:05 p.m.
Gregory Beaulieu, 40, 54 Mumford St., charged with manufacture/possession/delivery of marijuana and manufacture/possession/delivery of Schedule I-II narcotics on Sept. 13 at 6:38 a.m.
Adonis Kevin Shannon, 18, 1020 Main St., West Warwick, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 13 at 9:09 a.m.
Jonathan Smith, 38, 65 Nooseneck Hill Rd., West Greenwich, charged with DUI first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test on Sept. 13 at 10:01 p.m.
Jerri L. Mountain, 56, 73 Linda Dr., Apt. #2, charged with felony shoplifting and shoplifting as a habitual offender on Sept. 14 at 12:40 p.m.
Andrea O'Connell, 33, 761 Providence St., West Warwick, charged with shoplifting on Sept. 14 at 5:30 a.m.
Vincent Vadnais, 25, 19 Angell Rd., North Providence, arrested on a bench warrant issued from third district court on Sept. 14 at 2:57 p.m.
Annali Tyra Buhre, 23, 393 Weaver Hill Rd., West Greenwich, charged with DUI first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test on Sept. 16 at 1:45 a.m.
Justin Canis, 22, 8 Lane E, Ramblewood Estates, charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism on Sept. 16 at 7:49 p.m.
Giovanni Velez, 20, 56 Burnside St., Providence, arrested on a bench warrant issued from fourth district court on Sept. 16 at 1:20 p.m.
Nicholas J. Fiocchi, 33, 22 Marie Dr., charged with forgery/counterfeiting and larceny under $1,500 and arrested on two bench warrants issued from third district court, one bench warrant issued from fourth district court and one bench warrant issued from sixth district court on Sept. 17 at 7:25 a.m.
