Mark Trevor Fuscaldo, 44, 62 Roberts St., Apt. #515, West Warwick, charged with shoplifting and conspiracy on Oct. 30 at 1:46 a.m.

Joseph Cafarelli, 28, 29 Harris St., charged with violation of a no contact order on Oct. 31 at 10:29 a.m.

Stephen Mulcahey, 41, 15 Ranger Rd., North Kingstown, charged with first degree sexual assault on Oct. 31 at 11:30 a.m.

William J. McLaughlin, 56, 200 Tillinghast Rd., charged with DUI first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test on Nov. 2 at 10:18 p.m.

Chelsea Paone, 25, 4 Cote Ct., charged with driving after denial of license on Nov. 3 at 8:45 p.m.

Joseph A. Tiberi, 51, 284 South Main St., charged with felony shoplifting and shoplifting as a habitual offender on Nov. 3 at 8:35 a.m.

Caleb Michael Comstock, 21, 200 Indian Corner Rd., North Kingstown, charged with shoplifting on Nov. 4 at 7:44 p.m.

Roderic Point, 50, 36 Baker Pines Rd., Richmond, charged with shoplifting on Nov. 4 at 5:07 p.m.

John C. Theroux, 45, 44 Pine St., West Warwick, charged with simple assault/battery on Nov. 4 at 5:30 p.m.

Nicholas J. Fiocchi, 33, 3 Highland Ave., arrested on a warrant affidavit on Nov. 5 at 5:44 p.m.

Cassie Lamarre, 33, 63 Governor St., Cumberland, arrested on a bench warrant issued from sixth district court on Nov. 5 at 2:00 p.m.

Joshua D. Coolbaugh, 31, 22 Lawrence St., West Warwick, charged with larceny over $1,500 on Nov. 6 at 7:43 a.m.
