Joshua D. Coolbaugh, 31, 22 Lawrence St., West Warwick, charged with larceny over $1,500 on Nov. 6 at 7:43 a.m.

Adam J. Lawrence, 20, 332 Town Farm Rd., charged with shoplifting on Nov. 6 at 4:44 p.m.

Tiffany A. Richards, 18, 46 Lorraine Ave., charged with shoplifting on Nov. 6 at 12:06 p.m.

Toby R. Kirtland, 43, 3 Linwood Dr., charged with driving after denial of license on Nov. 7 at 2:35 p.m.

Jennifer E. St. George, 24, 14 Meade St., charged with false representation to obtain controlled substance and arrested on a warrant affidavit on Nov. 8 at 5:11 p.m.

Jared J. Enos, 42, 17 Ernest St., charged with driving after denial of license, reckless driving, false inspection sticker and operation of an unregistered vehicle on Nov. 9 at 5:27 p.m.

Troy M. Nield, 21, 3 Hopkins Ct., charged with breaking & entering with felony intent and vandalism on Nov. 10 at 11:10 p.m.

Ronald R. Vital, 38, 186 Shady Valley Rd., charged with domestic disorderly conduct, domestic vandalism and resisting arrest on Nov. 10 at 7:29 p.m.

Jasmin E. Guzman, 37, 21 Commodore St., Providence, charged with driving after denial of license on Nov. 11 at 9:30 p.m.

Rebecca L. Gauthier, 29, 8 Whitford St., charged with driving after denial of license on Nov. 12 at 1:43 a.m.

Matthew J. Hamilton Jr., 25, 948 Hill Farm Rd., charged with shoplifting on Nov. 12 at 3:14 p.m.

Melissa A. Lagerstrom, 31, 1380 Main St., charged with false report of a crime on Nov. 12 at 8:53 a.m. 

Curt Andrew Johnson, 26, 385 Hill St., charged with DUI first offense and refusal to submit to chemical test on Nov. 13 at 2:52 p.m.

Fausto Alexander Nunez, 37, 35 Chambers St., Apt. #3, Providence, charged with three counts of false representation to obtain controlled substance on Nov. 13 at 1:08 a.m.
