Did your garbage get picked up today?

The majority of the residents in the Test Area for Recycling did not know that the use of the new bins would not start until next week. Why? Because the inept people that run this town did not advertise the fact. I along with two others on my street were the only ones who had our trash picked up. Trash in the new bins were left.

  But then again, who is to blame? The Town or the residents who went through the trouble of dumping the trash from their old bins into the new without thinking the matter through.

   I guess the telephone will be ringing off the hook in one Town Dept.
