Margaret Della Cioppa, Loving Mother of 2, Dies at 81

September 12, 1932 - January 6, 2014

Margaret Della Cioppa (Di Bona), 81, of Coventry, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, January 6, 2014. She was the wife of the late Nicholas Della Cioppa. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Antonetta (Tedeschi) Di Bona.

Margaret was a silk presser for many years at Nu Lux Cleaners before retiring.

She was a loving and giving mother, grandmother and sister, and her family meant everything to her. She will always be remembered for her favorite saying, “Love you more!“.

She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Della Cioppa and Debra Russotti and her husband Daniele, all of Coventry; four sisters, Mary Richardson of Coventry, Angela Del Pozzo of Warwick, Josephine Paola of Cranston and Barbara Gauthier of Florida; a brother, Joseph Di Bona of West Warwick; four grandchildren, Daniele, Brianna and Nicholas Russotti and Raquel Card and one great-granddaughter, Isabella Grace Russotti.

Visitation was held Thursday morning in the Iannotti Funeral Home in Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, West Warwick. Interment followed in St. Mary's Cemetery, West Warwick.
