For Job Candidates

It is important in today's very difficult job market that everyone does self evaluation and is honest with any skills gaps you may have that are preventing you from being seen as a lead candidate for jobs you apply for.

It is in your best interest to be job ready when you being your job search.


For Recent College Graduates

While you now have your degree and are beginning to look for work you know that the job market is flooded with candidates just like you and many others who find themselves out of work in this difficult economy and many jobs are well below your skills. Recent stats say only 50% of recent grads are finding jobs and of those 31% are taking jobs that did not require their college degree.  It is important to research the skills required for the jobs you are applying for and to make sure you posses those skills.
