GSRI Troop 760, a cadette troop from Coventry consisting of 2 girls, has now collected over 100 coats to be donated to Mobile Loaves and Fishes, a program that helps homeless people. 37 coats were donated in November and the girs have been continuing to collect for the December run which leaves from St. Luke's Church in East Greenwich the last week in December. In the past 2 weeks, 70 coats have been donated along with 40 sweatshirts/sweaters, 8 warm vests, 16 blankets, 3 pairs of boots and a bag of hats, scarves and gloves. Anyone who still wishes to donate can contact us at Juemca@verizon.net.
