KSID West Coast Debut is a Success!

Coventry's Kelly Shool Does It Again!!

Dancers Claire Jalbert and Megan Quirk represented the Kelly School of Irish Dance last weekend (October 5th) at the 1st Annual Southern California Open Feis sponsored by Tir Ruaidh Irish Dance Company. This was an Open Platform Irish Dance Competition and a WIDA European and World Qualifier. Meghan Kelly, owner and artisitic director of Kelly School of Irish Dance, which is located on Sandy Bottom Road in Coventry, accompanied them to the first West Coast Feis that KSID has attended! Claire Jalbert of Westerly, RI, came in 3rd overall in the U15 Division and is qualified for the Europeans. Megan Quirk of East Greenwich,RI, came in 1st place overall in her Division and has now qualified for the Europeans which will be held in Germany. Go Team Pink & Green!
