Coventry BankRI Branch Hosts Giving Tree Collection for 'Tis the Season

Donated gifts will benefit children in Coventry and West Greenwich through 'Tis the Season.

To help make the holidays brighter for children in need, BankRI has partnered with 12 local non-profits to provide gifts for the less fortunate this holiday season.

All 18 BankRI branches have put up a Holiday Giving Tree with ornaments listing holiday wishes of local children. Customers and staff are encouraged to select an ornament and provide that child with a holiday gift by returning to their branch and placing the gift beneath the tree.

Gifts collected at BankRI's Coventry branch located at 3 Coventry Shoppers Park will help 'Tis the Season, a volunteer organization helping kids and families in need within Coventry and West Greenwich.

Meiklejohn, President and CEO, BankRI. “When I think about the number of gifts donated and given to children and families over these past 15 years, I know we’re making a difference and brightening the holidays for those who need it most—I have no doubt that this year’s effort will be a success.”
