LAPD Sends Birthday Wishes to Local Boy Fighting Leukemia
Tyler Seddon loves anything to do with law enforcement.
Six-year-old Tyler Seddon received a special birthday present from some of his idols.
Seddon, of Pascoag, is battling leukemia. He loves anything to do with police, firefighters, EMTs, law enforcement, and the military, according to his mother, who set up a Facebook page that spurred law enforcement agencies across the country to show their support.
The Los Angeles Police Department this week sent Tyler a video for his 7th birthday on Thursday. You can watch the video above.
On Tuesday, Coventry firefighters held a bone marrow drive for Tyler.
A GoFundMe page has also been set up to help the family with medical costs. So far it has raised more than $16,000.
