Worst Of Blizzard Continues In Early A.M. Hours

- The forecast for the early morning hours: Snow, which may be heavy at times. Strong winds diminishing by 2 a.m. Cloudy with strong and gusty winds. Temperatures falling to the low 20s. Winds north at 40 to 50 mph. Additional snowfall of 4 to 6 inches through 4 a.m.
- Power outages are widespread throughout the state. As of midnight, an outage on the Coventry-West Warwick line has effected more than 2,400 customers. Small clusters of outages have been reported in other areas such as Arkwright and Hopkins Hill. Check the National Grid Power Outage Map for the latest info.
