Today I went to the library to see what I could find in the form of books. I picked up five - all that they had. All non-fiction, however, one is in story form.
What I was happily suprised to noticed, is that each book highlighted finding one's self, self-renewal or even self discovery. On the other hand, each book writes on endurance, confronting the past, tragedy, and other matters I may skim over.
Each book goes on for several pages about the history of St. James Way. Although this info will not be helpful in walking the Way, knowing the history of the region will be interesting.

I have no idea what is so strongly drawing me to Spain/France, to walk the road millons of Pilgrims have walked before me, but, not realizing I am lost, I am quite excited to find myself.
I am excited to dive into reading and have chosen, "I'm Off Then", Losing and Finding Myself on the Camino de Santiago, by Hape Kerkeling.
