Coventry/West Greenwich Elks Lodge at 42 Nooseneck Hill Rd., West Greenwich, will hold a New Year's Eve party beginning with a prime rib or baked stuffed shrimp dinner at 7:30 p.m. There will be noise makers, music by Mark Thomas and a midnight toast, along with coffee and danish at 1 a.m. $35 per person. Hotel room with shuttle service, $75 per person.
